Joybird needed a new positioning as a brand, both strategically and stylistically. One of the brand’s key features was the ability for its customers to customize fabrics, notably ones that were pet-friendly. Our goal was to elevated the Joybird brand by touting this feature and injecting Joybird with a fresh new look and energy. The result: 30% more response and a 44% stronger ROAS. This spot successfully elevated the Joybird brand by resonating with consumers on a deeper level and broadening its overall appeal.
